Hi Folks, I Just wanted to post a review of my new all Black HP Thrust 09 Small. One word...FAST!! I had a black medium Apco thrust HP 2008 but I just couldn't keep up with the guys on theirs (due to my weight as I am 12 stone and they are beef cakes at 16/17 stone) So I contacted Gilo and ordered a small thrust HP 09 and thought while I was at it, sell my volution compact and get a Jet black Macro to add even more weight.....the package for me is perfect and well worth the wait... The guys......all they can do is eat my 2 smoke ..........this tea towel is fast! The handeling is awesome, my 08 was responsive but this is incredible, you only have to breath on the brakes and it will turn on a dime! It also has flexi batterns in the cells to keep them rigid when launching; the first time i did a forward, it came up that fast, before I could turn the engine off the wing was lying in front of me, that was in very little wind as well! Launching and ground handling is effortless due to it being no bigger than a tea cozy.... Sink rate seems excellent for its size, a quarter throttle on the macro is level flight. Landing is quicker as one would expect but perfectly managable. I haven't yet plucked up the courage to try it on speed bar.........and according to Apco, that is where the Thrust HP comes alive.. So folks, if you are in need for speed and want to ground handle a park kite........ get a small Thrust HP 09!

Gilo, Awesome documentary!! You really are a credit to the sport and both Rich and I are loving every minute of our flying machines! Congratulations to you both for completing such a daunting task, i was even nervous while watching the final launch!! Keep up the amazing work and we both can't wait to see your next invention! Flying low following the canal into wind and then winding it up to around 2000ft for the return leg killing the engine for a nice quiet glide back to the field..... then.......light that Barbie mmmmmmmm (Bring your meat folks) STU..........we need to have a bash at this Tamworth leg but need to follow thee! Sunday aft?? OUT

Folks, Rich and I collected our Brand New Jet Black Parajet Volutions (aka Black Hawks) yesterday and what pleased new owners we are! We both would like to congratulate Gilo and his team for creating such a superb and sexy looking machine and for spending the time of showing us how they are built starting from a piece of metal right through to the finished product. If any of you are considering buying a Parajet.........DO IT! We checked and checked again every major brand of Paramotor but im telling you the Parajet is in a different league! I wish i could upload and show some photies but i don't have a web server to store the Pics! No doubt in the very near future you will seeing them taking to the sky's! OUT

Thanks for all your replies folks. I think im going to go for a Mayday 20 with a front reserve container/cockpit. Nice idea bendme with regards to the engine cut off! Ive also got my eye on a Quest XC computer......i know i shouldn't (and so does the bank manager) but it keeps calling me Just 3 days to go and we will finally have our mitts on the black hawks.

Folks, Apologies for not making HQ today........I will eventually get there!! With the newly born blackhawks just around the corner...im after a reserve/Vario. I have narrowed down my choices to a Apco Mayday 20 or a Sup'Air Light Large reserves and a Brauniger IQ plus Vario/flytec 6110. Whats are your thoughts on these products......??? Any other products worth looking at??? I plan to order Monday/Tuesday so it gets here in time for when we pick the motors and wing up. Parajetsimon: What reserve do you have?? Does your new Garmin GPS CSX 60 function well as a altimeter. (Might be worth me just purchasing the single unit) Cheers folks. Jase.

Well all being well.....Rich and I will be on our way early doors Sat 02nd feb to collect our newly born engines and wing. Really can't wait now, weather permitting i would like to fly them on sunday!!!! Keen aren't we......yyeeesss Pete: What are your plans for collection? How do folks, How are we all??.............i'm counting down the minutes until our black hawks are born; i just can't wait any longer!!!! I like the strobe and fuel warning gizmo.........ill be getting them me thinks once im airbourne! oh by the way Si; i met a guy in the gym last week (Carl from Airways, he does know you and was very happy to hear you started a club up)......he can't wait to fly with us all..........this summer is going to be living the dream yyyyyeeeehhhhaaaaa

Mr Simon, How are you? I like the post Don't worry, your more that welcome to have ago of our shiny new tit Parajets, nothing like a good remortgage to live your dream ha ha. I cant wait to get in the air again, it was amazing. I haven't sleapt since!
