Help: It looks like Membury are doing training, which I need, so how do I contact them as I am local near Salisbury? Thanks. Chris

Hi Simon,
Were any of your club flying over Barbury Castle yesterday afternoon?
-
Hi Simon,
Would there be a reduction in training fees if one brought their own kit?
If so, what sort of a reduction are we looking at?
Kind regards
Tim

Hello Gaffer.
Compliments of the season to you. Just a quick question, Will I recieve an email notifying me that my membership is coming up? there is probably a way here of finding out for myself but im only a fikk digger driver lol.
Regards
Frosty.
ello again governor.
I know its really early....really early, but is next years fly-in at worlds end 12, 13, 14 july? I am trying to secure a motorhome to live in.
cheers dude.
Hello again governor.
I wanted to thank you once more for throwing such a great weekend. All of yours and the teams hard work is greatly appreciated not only by myself- I am sure all of the other visitors who attended feel the same way. As it was my first fly-in I was not really sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised not only by the whole set up but also massively by everyones friendliness and generosity. It was great to just stop and talk to people who I had never before met and feel like I had known them for ages. I cant wait for next years main event.
p.s, Im after some cheap fireworks for Nov 5th if you know of any lol.
Chheers mate,
Frosty.

Hi Simon,
As I saw you had bought a trike, does that mean you will be teaching trike paramotoring now?
Regards Trevor.

hi can anyone please check the layout of this site? why has it been rearranged? = changed. is it me or everyone else have noticed it too? it looks like chaos

Hi, Just been chatting with Tom at Parajet re getting trike. He said you are the person to talk to re CAA approval in UK. I would guess I qualify as being registered disabled. I do manage foot launch, most of the time, but my legs don't always comply and I am getting good at face planting without too much pain!
I also can't carry too much fuel as weight prevents me picking it up. When in the UK I fly from a 10 acre flat grass field which seems perfect (just outside the Durham Tees Valley airspace).

Hi Simon, I have been Paragliding for four years, 120 hours and now flying XC, and Paramotoring for two years - 50 hours total on power. Iis only been in the last year that I have really got into the motoring properly, returning with Ric Womersley at Flyspain last December, buying a new miniplane and Ozone Roadster2 wing.
I can now happily launch, fly land, navigate etc quite confidently (did a lovely 3 hour 85km xc from my house to the coast at Seaton, along to Exeter and return up Exe valley, but want to improve my skills, - maybe learn how to low fly as safely as possible, etc but I am having difficulty finding any training advertised for this 'next' level and wondered if you could help? I know I could just go and try it step by step myself safest, and therefore best way, is to be instructed !
Look forward to hearing form you, Duncan

Mr Andrew Maskil had an eventful evening on Wednesday. It was his first take off at our advanced Huddersfield site. He took off with grace and we even had a visit from a hot air balloon. Another first for Andrew. To top off "firsts" Andrew had a an engine out at 550ft. Giving him time to find an emergency landing site. He did really well to stay calm. Find a field next to a road without any power lines and landed on his feet into wind. He then had a little wait while making new friends with the land owners. Very well done Andrew.

Richy, I've got myself a small mini van. It does get stuffed to the gunnels, but would probably be able to take at least your tent and some other bits to the Fly In and back. That's if you've still only got your bike. I'm down week before and week after Fly In at the Membury "Hilton"!In case you've forgotten I'm the fat, baldy, Scottish guy with moustache and normally pink/red from the sun.Regards GaryH

Hi Simon, as it's very unlikely I'll get my first flight in before the Norfolk bash I'll more than likely give it a swerve. Unless by some miracle we get a couple of decent days over the weekend of 8/10 July. No point me sitting in a field for 3 days green with envy watching everyone and their dog up flying! Am learning the meaning of patience with this sport. Have another week of holiday booked for Monday /Friday after the fly-in so hopefully get up then. Take care dude, see ya soon. Gaz.
