The underlying concept behind the NAZCA hybrid kite has been to combine 100% safety with a harmonious balance of depower, performance and handling.

Gin have developed an innovative 5th line bridle system, which, in cooperation with other features, provides incredible low-end and turning performance, while the flat arc design contributes a great deal of depower.

New innovative 5th line bridle system

The NAZCA introduces a new concept 5th line bridle system to the market. GIN's innovation allows the kite to change its shape in turns, while maintaining its rigidity when needed for lift, hangtime and depower. Apart from that, the 5th line setup features its proven advantages of optimal safety (and increases the chances of riding away after releasing it), easier relaunching from the water, easier and safer launching and landing when you happen to be on your own.

Great turning and handling charecteristics

The turning characteristics of the NAZCA aim to further improve on the performance of a C-kite. Whatever radius of curve you need it to fly, the kite does it fluidly and without braking out. Instead of just being a matter of changing directions, the NAZCA actually performs very well in the turn, providing the rider with more useable power, making for a very efficient kite.
The NAZCA has very good, well weighted, progressive steering, ignoring small accidental impulses it reacts quickly and directly to proper turning effort.

Additional kite features

The wing tips are only slightly rounded in order to combine the relaunching and turning characteristics we look for.
Quality materials and the strong construction provide the kite with its excellent durability and stability.

Control bar

The NAZCA comes with a carbon bar. It also features: slim bar diameter, back line adjusters, double depower line system which untwists the lines (including the 5 th line), one extra wide bar hole with depower line divider for minimum drag and maximum bar freedom.
